Naresh Sethuram

Naresh Sethuram has a wealth of experience in engineering and technical project management. Naresh is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Floify, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, Naresh worked at Intent HQ from 2019 to 2022, holding the role of Technical PM/Integration Manager. In this position, they acted as a technical liaison between Intent HQ and telecom clients, ensuring successful integration and maintaining strong relationships. Naresh also served as a Program Manager at Intent HQ from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining Intent HQ, Naresh worked at Genpact as a Sr. Manager, Project Management from 2018 to 2019. Naresh was responsible for managing a large-scale digital transformation program using automation technologies. From 2015 to 2018, Naresh worked at Delane Consulting | Talent Mgmt (Client - Verizon Wireless) as a Principal Consultant, Technical Program, and Project Management. Naresh played a crucial role in the creation of an Advanced Analytics and AI Center of Excellence.

Naresh's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Intel Corporation (Aepona Business Unit) from 2013 to 2015, as well as a Technical Program Manager at Aepona from 2011 to 2013. Naresh also worked at MetLife as an AD Project Manager, Technical Lead from 2006 to 2011, where they led various complex initiatives and cost-saving projects. Naresh started their career at Flux Corporation (Formerly Sims Computing) as a Product Manager, Sales from 2002 to 2006, focusing on product strategy and design. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Objectspace and as a Software Analyst at Texas Instruments.

Naresh Sethuram has a strong educational background in computer science and artificial intelligence. In 1997, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Lamar University, which they completed in 1999. More recently, in 2017 and 2018, Naresh attended the MIT Sloan School of Management where they obtained a degree in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. Additionally, Naresh has obtained several certifications in various fields. These include certifications in accounting analytics, people analytics, customer analytics, and operations analytics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Naresh has also acquired certifications in project management, agile project management, and IT service management. Furthermore, Naresh holds certifications in Scrum and the Java programming language.
