Kari Strand Moldestad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kari is currently the Head of Growth and Online Sales at Flokk, where they focus on developing and implementing commercial strategies for continuous growth and increasing market share across European markets. Before joining Flokk, Kari was the Vice President of Commercial Development at Flokk, where they were responsible for business development. Prior to that, they worked at Statoil Fuel & Retail AS as a Senior Manager of Loyalty and CRM, where they oversaw Circle K's loyalty program in six countries. Kari also has experience in consulting, having worked at Sprint Consulting A/S as a Manager, specializing in early-phase innovation and new business models. Kari also worked as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint. Kari's earlier experience includes working as a Controller at Carema Omsorg and as an AIESEC trainee.

Kari Strand Moldestad completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Edinburgh from 1999 to 2003, earning a MA degree in Business Studies. Kari then pursued their postgraduate education at BI Norwegian Business School from 2012 to 2015, specializing in Strategic Marketing to obtain a Master of Management degree. In 2016 and 2017, Kari attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) to complete a Master of Management module with a focus on Brand Management and Internationalization.
