Paul Drake has a diverse work experience history starting in 1999. Paul began their career at NTL/Diamond Cable as the Head of Engineering (south) and later became the Head of Engineering at ntl Group. Paul then worked at Comtel as the Head of Engineering - South, where they successfully delivered localised services and managed the complete Cable TV Network project. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Head of Optical & Carrier Operations at ntl. In 2005, they joined Measham Consultancy Ltd as a Project and Programme Manager, where they launched the consultancy business and worked on various contracts for ntl / ntl:Telewest and Virgin Media. Paul also had a role at Virgin Media as a Project Manager. In 2009, they worked at BT MSL as a Project Manager before moving to BT, where they worked in the same role. Most recently, since 2011, Paul has been working at Flomatik as both a DWDM Lead Designer and in Project Engineering & Management.
