Theo M.

Theo M. has a diverse range of work experience, spanning from 2017 to 2023. They began their career as a Social Media Strategy Intern at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Subsequently, they worked as a Communications Intern for Phillips for Congress. In 2018, they took on the roles of Admission Fellow at Colorado College and Artistic Director at the Theatre Workshop.

Following this, they served as a Field Organizer for the Maine Democratic Party in 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Special Projects Assistant at Floodbase and as a Writer's Assistant for David Litt. In 2022, they became the Organizing Director for Ryder for New York and then moved on to become the Deputy GOTV Director for the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign.

Most recently, in 2023, they have taken on the positions of Operations Consultant and Strategy & Operations Associate at Floodbase. Throughout their career, Theo M. has gained experience in various areas such as operations, strategy, organizing, and writing.

Theo M. attended Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public School from 2009 to 2015, where they pursued their high school education with a focus on theatre. Later on, they enrolled at Colorado College from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
