Chris Sills has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and account management. Chris started their career as a Research Assistant at Cancer Research UK in 2010. Chris then worked as a Global and UK Account Executive at Spark44, an integrated marketing agency for Jaguar Motors, from September 2011 to November 2012. Following this, Chris was an Ogilvy Account Management Fellow at Ogilvy & Mather from December 2012 to August 2014. Chris later became an Account Manager at Ogilvy and Mather, where they worked on the Global BP Fuels and Retail account and the In Your Corner campaign for Time to Change. Chris then joined Forever Beta as an Account Director from March 2017 to May 2019. Most recently, they have been working at FloodFlash, where they started as a Marketing Manager in May 2019 and was later promoted to Head of Marketing in September 2020.

Chris Sills completed an International Baccalaureate at Whitgift School from 2005 to 2008, studying English, History, Geography, Maths, Physics, and Spanish. From 2008 to 2011, they obtained a 2:1 degree in English and Comparative Literatures from the University of Cambridge.
