Austin Bradley

Austin Bradley is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Floor & Decor since March 2018, where significant achievements include launching Workday LMS and creating over 150 learning courses with 250,000 course completions. Previously, Austin held the position of Account Manager - Training and Development at WME | IMG LIVE, designing training programs for AT&T customer service agents globally. Austin also served as the Director of Training and Development at Simply Wireless, directing cellular sales training across the organization. Earlier roles include Corporate Sales and Account Manager at Gold's Gym, General Manager Training Specialist, and General Manager at Hooligans Bar and Grill, along with experience as Assistant General Manager/New Store Development at Red Robin.
