Dawn Baptist

Dawn Baptist has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Dawn most recently served as the Divisional HR Director for the Great Lakes region at Floor & Decor starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they were unemployed while acting as a caregiver for an elderly parent.

Before their time at Floor & Decor, Dawn worked as a Human Resources Leader at Prime Distribution Services from March 2020 to January 2022. Dawn also held a similar role at C.H. Robinson from March 2020 to January 2022.

Dawn has also served as a Human Resources Director at EDM Americas from February 2018 to July 2019, and as a Human Resource Consultant from May 2017 to January 2018. Dawn began their career as the Director of Human Resources for the State of Indiana from May 2014 to April 2017.

Dawn Baptist holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in SHRM-CP and PHR from SHRM.
