Don Buben

Don Buben is the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Floor & Decor since September 2023. Prior to this role, Don Buben held various senior positions at The Home Depot from 2005 to August 2023, including Director of Executive Compensation, Director of Benefits, and Director of Compensation, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, management of large-scale incentive programs, and collaboration with legal teams for compliance. Earlier experience includes finance process improvement at MCI and leadership roles in financial planning at GF Health Products. Don Buben began a career in consulting with KPMG and Andersen, focused on audit and financial systems. Don Buben holds a combined Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
