Kevin Wnukiewicz has a diversified work experience in insurance and risk management. Kevin began their career at Hughes Supply as a Risk Analyst, where they analyzed insurance budgets, conducted audits, developed key performance indicators, and handled various claims. Kevin then worked at the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller before transitioning to HD Supply as a Senior Financial Risk Analyst. Kevin then joined Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services as a Workers Compensation Manager and Senior Risk Analyst, where they worked for eight years. Currently, they are employed at Floor & Decor, where they have held various roles, including Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director of Insurance and Risk Management.

Kevin Wnukiewicz pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completing their education in the period spanning from 1999 to 2004.
