Nicole Brand

Nicole Brand has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on people operations and management. Nicole began their career at The Home Depot in 2002 and held the position of District Human Resources Manager for over a decade. In 2013, they transitioned to Allied Barton Security Services, where they served as a Regional Human Resource Manager. Following this, Nicole worked as a Consultant and Director of Human Resources at Miller Environmental Group, Inc. for a brief period in 2014. Nicole then joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner until 2016. Nicole then joined Walmart, where they held various roles, including Market Human Resources Manager and Market People Operations Lead. Their most recent position is Divisional Human Resources Director at Floor & Decor, where they started in August 2021.
