Hyung Lee

Hyung Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems and applications across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Systems at FloQast since May 2023, Hyung has held key positions including Sr. Director of Global CRM Applications at Cision and Director of Business Technology at Shopify, overseeing IT business systems for a $3B e-commerce firm. Prior roles include Director of Business Applications at New Relic, where Hyung directed the IT Business Systems Group, and establishing the business systems organization at Intercom.
