Hesham Aboul-hassan has a diverse work experience in marketing and innovation roles. Starting their career at Leo Burnett Group as an Account Executive in 2005, they then joined Unilever in 2006 and held various marketing positions, including Brand Manager, Sr. Brand Manager, and Global Refreshments Marketing Manager. In 2018, they joined Upfield as the Head of Marketing - Canada before progressing to become the NA Plant-based Spreads Marketing Director and later the NA Head of Innovations. In 2022, they assumed the role of Head of Marketing Operations & Senior Director of Innovations Upfield (KKR Company).
Hesham Aboul-hassan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from The American University in Cairo from 2000 to 2001. Hesham then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Guelph from 2001 to 2005.
