Karoliina Andersen

Karoliina Andersen has extensive work experience in finance and management. Karoliina currently holds the position of Global Head of Revenue Growth Management at Upfield. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director and Head of Finance for the Nordic and Baltic regions at Upfield. In these roles, they had full responsibility for financial management and led a team in various finance functions. Before joining Upfield, Karoliina worked at Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple finance roles, including Head of Corporate Finance Nordics and Sales Finance Manager Nordics. Karoliina also served as a Management Consultant at Celerant Consulting, where they analyzed and implemented change management programs. Karoliina's career also includes experience in corporate advisory and diplomacy, having worked at Danske Markets and the Embassy of Finland, respectively. Overall, Karoliina Andersen has a diverse background with a strong focus on finance and management roles in various industries.

Karoliina Andersen completed their education with a Master's degree in International Management from Copenhagen Business School in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Helsinki School of Economics, between 2004 and 2009. In 2007, they attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for International Business studies. Karoliina began their education at Mäkelärinne Sports High School from 1999 to 2003.
