Olga Osminkina - Jones currently serves as the Global President and Chief Growth Officer for Violife at Upfield, an independently owned plant-based foods company, and as a member of the Board of Directors at Arivia S.A. Previously, Olga held senior executive roles at prominent companies including Reckitt as SVP of Global Growth and Global Category Officer for Intimate Wellness, PepsiCo as VP General Manager for Premium Food & Beverages, and Danone as CMO and VP of Marketing for the North America Water Division. Key positions also include Senior Brand Director at The HEINEKEN Company and Marketing Director for BeautyBank at The Estée Lauder Companies. Olga's extensive background began at Procter & Gamble, where various roles spanned from Senior Group Brand Manager to Assistant Brand Manager.
