Mark Shafik

Mark Shafik has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles in reputable companies. Mark is currently the Head of Human Resources at Floranow since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at S Productions from 2021 to 2022. Mark also served as the Regional HR & Admin Manager - GCC at Chef Middle East from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Talent Management Specialist at BRF from 2015 to 2019. Mark began their career as a Learning & Development Officer at Conrad Dubai from 2013 to 2015.

Mark Shafik obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Major Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Mark also completed a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University. In addition, they obtained their CIPD Level 7 certification in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications.
