Catalina Villarreal

Catalina Villarreal has a diverse work experience that includes roles in operations, customer success, and project management. Catalina began their career at TradeRocket, Inc. in 2014, where they served as a Project Manager until 2017. In 2017, they joined Florence Healthcare as a Project and Customer Success Manager, before being promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager in 2018. In 2020, they were promoted again to Senior Customer Success Manager, and most recently, they are serving as the Director SiteLink Operations, starting in January 2022.

Catalina Villarreal holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications such as Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight in 2023, GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Medical Devices (U.S. FDA Focus) Course from CITI Program in November 2021, Health Privacy (HIPAA) from CITI Program in November 2021, Florence for IQVIA users from Florence Healthcare in 2021, and Florence eBinders Certification from Florence Healthcare in 2018.
