Edwin G.

Edwin G. has a diverse work experience in various positions related to agile and scrum management. In 2012, they worked as an Information Technology Administrator and Scrum Master at Cole Family Entertainment, where they facilitated planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives while also utilizing metrics to monitor team performance. From 2014 to 2017, Edwin G. continued their role as Scrum Master while also serving as the Media Operations Lead at the same company.

In 2017, Edwin G. joined EnvisionWare, Inc. as a Technical Scrum Master, where they facilitated sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, and sprint reviews. Edwin also implemented the scrum framework, enabling the team to be self-organized. Edwin G. utilized Jira for issue and workflow management, creating JQL search queries and exporting data for reporting purposes.
