Karen Cleaver

Karen Cleaver has an extensive background in nursing and healthcare leadership, with experience in various managerial roles across different organizations. Karen is currently serving as a Florence Nightingale Scholar at the Florence Nightingale Foundation. In the past, Karen has held positions such as Associate Director for Mental Health at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and Director of Nursing at Elysium Healthcare. Karen has also worked as a Ward Manager and Modern Matron at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. With a strong educational background, including A levels in geography and communication studies from Queen Marys College and a Leadership Scholarship from the Florence Nightingale Foundation, Karen is well-equipped for their current role as Head of Nursing and AHPs.
