Tracey O'Hara

Tracey O'Hara is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the non-profit and financial sectors. Currently serving as an HR Trustee at Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity since May 2023 and as Associate Director of People and Culture at Teenage Cancer Trust since March 2019, Tracey has successfully developed a comprehensive People & Culture strategy and led various change initiatives. Prior roles include Head of People & Development at Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity, where Tracey improved staff engagement and transformed organizational culture, and HR Manager at Equitable Life Assurance Society, where foundational HR processes were established. Tracey's career began at HBOS as an HR Advisor/Business Partner, culminating in significant achievements across multiple organizations in leadership, talent management, and employee relations. Educational credentials include training from Cass Business School and Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School.
