Marc Binagwaho

Marc Binagwaho is the Directeur-fondateur of Enjeux & Talents® since January 2014 and has served as a certified professional coach at FLORIAN MANTIONE INSTITUT since January 2015, focusing on various corporate concerns including managerial culture and team coaching. In addition to contributions as a partner and author for Monkey Tie since June 2016, Binagwaho engages as a speaker for IDRAC Montpellier & Lyon, leading modules on individual management and workplace motivation. Binagwaho also provides pro bono coaching for 60 000 rebonds, assisting executives post-bankruptcy. From September 2021 to December 2022, Binagwaho held a transitional general director role in a confidential firm, guiding strategic vision and operational frameworks. Previously, leadership roles at Hub Télécom included Director of Professional Services and Director of Sales Development, alongside earlier experience in business development at MCI. Educational qualifications include a Master Coach certification, a mental coaching certification for athletes, an Executive MBA, and an MSc in Télécoms.
