Sean Gourley has extensive experience in the field of sports marketing and fan experience. Sean began their career as a Street Team Member for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2019 and then went on to work as an Athletics Marketing Intern/Coordinator for the University of South Florida from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they played a key role in planning and executing game day productions for various sports teams, implemented social media efforts, and assisted with marketing and operations.

In 2020, Sean served as an Intern at CarrSports Consulting, where they gained valuable insights into the sports industry. Sean then joined the University of Louisiana at Monroe as a Marketing Graduate Assistant in 2021, where they focused on increasing attendance, student involvement, and revenue for various athletic teams. Sean also handled game day production and promotions and utilized social media platforms for publicity and fan engagement.

Sean's most recent role is as the Assistant Director of Marketing for Florida Atlantic University, a position they have held since October 2022. Sean'sresponsibilities include overseeing marketing and fan experience initiatives and driving engagement and support for the university's sports programs.

Sean Gourley obtained a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the University of South Florida in 2021.
