Ari Afek

Ari Afek, M.S. has significant experience in human resources management. Ari served as the Director of Human Resources at Florida Beauty Flora, where they were responsible for identifying staff vacancies, recruiting, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. Ari also created a job-specific screening process and conducted new employee orientations to reduce turnover. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they conducted applicant phone interviews, created job analysis, and developed employee handbooks and company procedures. Earlier in their career, Ari served as a Graduate Research Fellow at the Institute for Simulation and Training.

Ari Afek, M.S. completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the same university, from 2007 to 2009.
