Suzanne Lyew

Suzanne Lyew, PMP, CSM, is an experienced IT professional with expertise in project management and process excellence. Currently serving as the Director of IT PMO at Florida Crystals since July 2019, Suzanne has also held roles including Senior IT PMO Manager and Senior IT PMO Project Manager. Prior experience includes strategic initiatives at Office Depot, where roles included Sr. Manager and Sr. Consultant from June 2016 to present, and a leadership position at Macy's as Director of IT - Marketing Systems from January 2009 to February 2015. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Product Manager at Macy's Systems & Technology from 2001 to 2009. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
