Kelvin Rosier

Kelvin Rosier possesses extensive experience in government operations and event management. Currently serving as a Government Operations Consultant III at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, Kelvin oversees programs aimed at assisting homeowners affected by Hurricane Irma. Previous roles include managing infrastructure grants and directing the athletic department at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where responsibilities spanned event oversight and facility operations. Kelvin also has a solid background in retail management, having held positions with CompUSA, Dollar Tree, and SNS Southern, Inc., where leadership and training of large teams were key components. Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Florida A&M University.
