Julian Gotreaux

Julian Gotreaux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational change within state government. Currently serving as the Manager of the Florida PALM Project Management Office at the Florida Department of Financial Services since October 2021, Julian oversees a team responsible for the project’s budget, risks, schedule, and reporting. Previous roles include managing the Florida PALM Solution Center and the Agency Readiness Team, along with serving as an Organizational Change Management Specialist during the multi-year Florida PALM Project aimed at modernizing the state's financial management systems. Additional experience includes positions as Program Administrator and Program Manager at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, as well as Section Director at the Northwest Florida Water Management District, and earlier as an Environmental Specialist III. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Physics from Florida State University.
