Trisha Hartzell

Trisha Hartzell, P.E., CPM, has a robust background in civil engineering and transportation, currently serving as the Operations Center Engineer and previously as the District Traffic Operations Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer II at Manatee County Government, Construction Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation, Project Manager at STV, and Transportation Project Manager II at DAVENPORT. Trisha began her career at NCDOT as an Assistant District Engineer, further enhancing expertise with a tenure as Adjunct Faculty at UNC Charlotte. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
