Megan Silver currently serves as the Executive Director and Administrative Law Judge for the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Megan worked at the Florida Department of Management Services from April 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Attorney Supervisor and Interim Deputy General Counsel within the Office of the General Counsel for the Division of State Group Insurance. From March 2013 to April 2021, Megan held various positions, including Chief Attorney of Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Deputy Chief Attorney in both the Pari-Mutuel Wagering division and the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel in the Division of Real Estate and positions as a Certified Legal Intern and Legal Intern at the State Attorney's Office, 2d Judicial Circuit. Megan earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Florida in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.
