Jim Griffin

Jim Griffin is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in managing financial departments and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Florida East Coast Railway since July 2020, Jim oversees budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and treasury functions. Previously, at Complete Health, Jim held roles including Sr. Financial Analyst and Manager of Business Planning & Finance, where responsibilities included developing key performance indicators and creating expense budgets. Jim's extensive experience at Convergys spanned nearly two decades, encompassing roles such as Senior Manager of Real Estate Analytics, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Operations Manager, with a focus on facility design, project implementation, and operational management. Jim holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Science from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
