Niesha Radovanic

Niesha Radovanic currently serves as the Coordinator of Retention and Engagement Programs at Florida Gulf Coast University, focusing on providing academic support to first-year students. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University, Niesha utilizes mentoring and leadership training skills to enhance student experiences.
