Sandy Herrmann

Sandy Herrmann has extensive experience in the healthcare claims and payment integrity sector, currently serving as the Administrator of Payment Integrity at Florida Health Care Plans since June 2000. In this role, Sandy inspires collaboration within the division and ensures data accuracy in the enrollment department. Held various positions including Assistant Administrator and Claims System Adjudication Manager, responsibilities have included managing auditing activities, liaising between departments, conducting quality assurance testing, and overseeing compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Furthermore, Sandy served as President of the Daytona Beach Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Central Florida.
