Chuck Arnold has over 20 years of experience in compensation and human resources information systems, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation and HRIS at Tampa General Hospital since August 2008. Prior to this role, Chuck held positions as a Systems Analyst and Compensation Analyst at Bayfront Health System from December 2001 to August 2008, as well as a Systems Analyst at Bayfront Medical Center from 2005 to 2008. Chuck holds a Masters of Public Health in Hospital Management from the University of South Florida and a BA in Operations Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
