Jason Smith-Josiah

Jason Smith-Josiah is an experienced healthcare training professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an EPIC Certified Ambulatory Principal Trainer at Tampa General Hospital since October 2021, Jason also holds a position as an Epic Ambulatory Clinical Systems Trainer for USF Health & Education International Foundation in Panama. Previous experience includes positions as an educator and trainer in patient financial services at AdventHealth, a healthcare consultant at UMass Memorial Medical Center and Lahey Health, and senior implementation roles at Nextech Systems. With a foundation in adult learning theory and expertise in Epic and Cerner systems, Jason has developed training materials, managed onboarding processes, and provided financial analysis for healthcare revenue cycles. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Centenary University.
