Marianne Palathinkal

Marianne Palathinkal serves as the Assistant Director of Regional Development at Tampa General Hospital since September 2022, after a successful tenure as Manager of Regional Property for West Florida. In addition, Marianne has been the Managing Broker, Owner, and CEO of Clout Realty & Investments, LLC since January 2018, specializing in commercial and residential real estate across several Florida counties. Previous roles include Project Manager positions at Open Door Capital and Marcus & Millichap, where Marianne focused on operations and transactions in the commercial real estate sector. Marianne's early career includes management and realtor positions with Florida Executive Realty, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, and Progressive Real Estate Group, along with experience in the insurance industry at Progressive Insurance. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
