Rachel Feinman

Rachel Feinman currently serves as Vice President of Innovation at TGH InnoVentures, part of Tampa General Hospital, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Executive Director of the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator from October 2017 to November 2020. Rachel's legal career includes significant tenure as a shareholder and associate at Hill Ward Henderson from January 2008 to September 2017, as well as associate positions at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 2004 to 2007. Rachel Feinman earned a JD with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law (2001-2004) and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida (1997-2001).
