Tiyana Hossain Bejarano, MHA, Prosci Certified, serves as the Director of Service Line Programs at Tampa General Hospital since May 2025. Previously held the role of Enterprise Change Enablement Consultant at TECO Energy from September 2023 to May 2025, and was an Engagement Owner in Federal Change Management Consulting at Cerner Corporation from June 2021 to June 2023. At Cedars-Sinai, Tiyana served as Project Manager for Professional and Support Services from July 2017 to May 2021, managing multiple teams and projects. Earlier experiences include roles at The George Washington University as a Graduate Assistant, and various internships, including a Graduate Intern for Plant Operations and Engineering at Cedars-Sinai and a Patient Advocate at Diversified Healthcare. Tiyana holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a Global Health Track from California State University, Fullerton.
