Aysha K.

Aysha K. is an experienced epidemiologist and biological scientist currently working at Florida Health since March 2021, focusing on infectious diseases. Previously, Aysha served as a case investigator at the CDC Foundation and as a data analyst intern at Change Everything. Aysha gained valuable experience while collaborating with the Orange County Department of Health during the tenure at the University of Central Florida, where responsibilities included aiding public health initiatives and compliance efforts regarding tobacco products. Additionally, Aysha contributed as a student health advisor and completed an internship at the Homeless Services Network of Central Florida, supporting system redevelopment and data analysis. Aysha holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in infectious disease from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida.
