Justin Lucero

Justin Lucero is a Senior Research Analyst at the New Jersey Office of Legislative Services since October 2019, responsible for conducting legal, fiscal, and policy research and analysis to support the New Jersey Legislature. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Research Analyst and Assistant Research Analyst at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and an Asylum Program Intern at Physicians for Human Rights, where significant contributions included drafting policy memos on immigration and public health. Justin has also held various internships and research positions focused on health policy and substance abuse prevention, complemented by a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University.
