Kevin B. Logue, CPM®, serves as Vice President and Director of Property Management at Equity Investment Services, where Kevin oversees a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet of retail shopping center properties in central Florida. Kevin's extensive experience includes roles as a Governing Councillor and committee member within the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), alongside past leadership positions within the IREM® Central Florida chapter. Additionally, Kevin holds the rank of Captain with the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary, contributing to public safety. Previous experience includes property management roles at Crossman & Company and Quest Company of Central Florida, with early career experience at Church Street Station and as an Aircraft Electrical Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and multiple associate degrees from Valencia College.
