Ana Rivas

Ana Rivas has worked in financial and data analytics for over 10 years. Ana started their career as an operations and management consultant manager for the Agency for Health Care Administration, where they were responsible for the financial management of the Medicaid budget and assisting in the development of legislative budget requests. Ana then moved to the Florida Hospital Association, where they currently serve as the financial & data analytics manager. In this role, they are responsible for tracking rate, salaries, and benefits for all of the division of Medicaid, recommending and implementing administrative program policies, and monitoring Medicaid program expenditures.

After high school, Ana Rivas attended Florida State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics. Ana also has an International Baccalaureate from Riverview High School and a certification in Learning SAP Analytics Cloud from LinkedIn.

Ana Rivas reports to Mary C. Mayhew, President & CEO. Ana Rivas works with Timothy Jacques - Deputy Director of Communications, David Mica, Jr. - EVP, Public Affairs, and Stephanie Scanlon - Associate VP, Hospital Finance & Data Analytics.
