Carl Putman

Carl Putman is a highly experienced professional in the field of sport performance and strength conditioning, currently serving as the Director of Sport Performance and Director of Strength and Conditioning at Florida Institute of Technology since August 2017. With a background as the President of Train To Win Inc., a non-profit organization aimed at connecting youth with mentors and coaches, Putman has demonstrated a commitment to community development. Experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern Florida State College involved creating specialized training programs for cadets in law enforcement and corrections. Earlier roles included serving as Program Director at Parisi Speed School-XPC, where innovative training programs contributed to significant revenue growth.
