Marilys R. Nepomechie

Marilys R. Nepomechie, FAIA, DPACSA, NCARB is a distinguished architect and educator with a notable career spanning over two decades at Florida International University, where positions include Associate Dean of Faculty and Program Development, Distinguished University Professor, and various roles focusing on architecture. As an active member of the architecture community, Marilys serves as Co-Director of the UIA Education Commission and Co-Reporter for the UNESCO-UIA Validation Council, alongside leadership roles in Tau Sigma Delta and the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture. Marilys also held the position of President of the National Architectural Accrediting Board and was a founding board member of MIT Architecture Alumni. Marilys established Marilys R.
