Michael Jimenez, MBA, is currently a Graduate Student at Florida International University, pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. With experience as a Reservation Coordinator at Top Gun Indoor Range since October 2022, Michael has successfully managed the reservation system for shooting and archery ranges, leading to a 75% improvement in customer satisfaction through collaboration on a new reservation system.
