Marc Richards is a nephrologist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and education. Currently serving as the Director of the FKP Glomerulonephritis Center of Excellence at Florida Kidney Physicians since July 2013, Marc has also been an active member of various committees, including the Research Committee and the CME and Credentialing Committees at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, where Marc holds the position of Chief of Medicine. Additionally, Marc serves as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at FAU Schmidt College of Medicine, engaging in teaching activities and supervising medical students. Marc is involved with the American Society of Nephrology as a committee member focused on continuous professional development. Prior to these roles, Marc completed a nephrology fellowship and an internal medicine residency at the UNC Department of Medicine, following the attainment of a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Northwestern University.
