Harry Kimball, CPA has a diverse work experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Stock Options Specialist at Merrill Lynch, where they executed customer orders on various accounts. From 2005 to 2016, Harry served as an Audit Senior Manager - Healthcare at KPMG US, managing financial statement audits for large healthcare systems. During this time, they developed extensive knowledge of US accounting and auditing standards. Moving on to Crowe in 2016, Harry took on the role of Healthcare Risk Vice President, leading internal audit, risk management, and compliance solutions for large healthcare systems at a national level. Harry also conducted risk assessments and implemented internal control measures. In 2020, Harry joined CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) as part of their Healthcare Advisory team. Harry assisted healthcare systems with government funding during the COVID crisis and managed healthcare financial statement audits. Currently, Harry is working as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Florida Orthopaedic Institute, where they utilize their healthcare accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, process improvement, and compliance experience to improve the department and align it with the organization's strategic objectives.
