Jeffrey Kannen, DO, CAQSM, currently serves as a Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician at Florida Orthopaedic Institute, specializing in non-operative orthopedic care, fracture care, sports injuries, diagnostic ultrasound, interventional procedures, and orthobiologics since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jeffrey completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of South Florida from July 2020 to June 2021 and a Family Medicine Residency at Summa Health from July 2017 to June 2020. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (2013-2017), a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Canisius University (2011-2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Canisius University (2007-2011).
