Stacey Giulianti

Stacey Giulianti has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stacey began their career in 1993 as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, handling criminal misdemeanors and negotiating plea bargains. Following this, they acted as a senior attorney and partner attorney at multiple South Florida law firms, specializing in insurance coverage disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, business litigation, and more. Stacey served as a Traffic Magistrate in Broward County Government from 1998 to 2006, presiding over traffic court cases and making legal rulings. Additionally, they taught as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University from 1994 to 2005, primarily focusing on law and business courses. Stacey co-founded Florida Peninsula Insurance Company in 2005, where they currently hold the position of Chief Legal Officer, overseeing all legal matters of the company. Recently, they began working as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Maine Community College in 2020.

Stacey Giulianti holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Miami School of Law, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Stacey pursued a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication at Boston University from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Pre-Columbian Ethnology from Burlington College between 2013 and 2015.

Stacey Giulianti has also acquired several certifications. These include the following: Associate in Insurance and Associate in Risk Management from The Institutes CPCU Society, which they obtained in August 2023; The Maine Bar certification from the Maine Board Of Bar Examiners, obtained in May 2018; Associate in Claims certification from The Institutes CPCU Society, acquired in December 2016; Certified Food Safety Manager certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP), obtained in August 2015; Florida Auctioneer certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, acquired in October 2011; and Florida Bar Association membership obtained in October 1993.
