Capt. Esteban Gutierrez

Capt. Esteban Gutierrez is a seasoned professional with a diverse background, including a decade of service in the U.S. Navy as a Gas Turbines Electronics Technician, where leadership and technical skills were honed while supervising maintenance and operations of complex systems. Since leaving the Navy in 2008, Gutierrez has excelled as Owner and Director of Blackbeard Group, LLC, and serves as General Manager for Lagos de Santa Teresa Lodge, where fishing experiences are orchestrated for guests. Additionally, involvement at Florida Power & Light as a Power Plant Operator focuses on system analysis and maintenance to optimize equipment reliability. Academically, Gutierrez holds an MBA and a BBA from Hodges University.
