Javier Garcia Cobas - Msc

Javier Garcia Cobas, MSc, BSEE, currently serves as a Power Generation Division Engineer – DC Field Engineer at NextEra Energy Resources, providing engineering support and managing electrical infrastructure for over 200 utility-scale solar sites. Javier previously worked as a Power Distribution Engineer at Florida Power & Light Company, overseeing electrical infrastructure projects and ensuring efficient service for over 250,000 customers. With extensive experience as an electrician since 2017 across various companies, including Tesla and multiple electrical contracting firms, Javier has developed strong expertise in electrical systems installation, troubleshooting, and management. Javier holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida International University.
