Michel Sanchez

Michel Sanchez, E.I.T. is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in electrical engineering. Currently employed at Florida Power & Light Company since October 2017, Michel has held multiple roles, including Protection & Control Engineer, Grid Automation Engineer, and Nuclear Engineer I. Previous experience includes positions as an Electrical Engineer at B/E Aerospace, Applications Engineer at United Electronics Corporation, and Control Systems Engineer at Cummins Inc. An early career was spent as an Undergraduate Research Scholar at Florida International University, focusing on complex power generation systems. Michel holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Electrical Engineering from Miami Dade College.
