Barry Kaplan

Barry Kaplan has extensive work experience in various roles within the sports industry. Barry started their career in 1998 as the Director of Soccer Operations for the Miami Fusion Soccer Club in Major League Soccer. Barry then worked as the Head Soccer Coach and Sports Management Program Coordinator at Andrew College from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they served as the Head Soccer Coach for both the men's and women's teams at Georgia Southwestern State University from 2002 to 2009. Barry then became the Director of Coaching at Palm Harbor Soccer Club from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2020, they worked as the Head Coach at the premier Jewish sports camp, 6 Points Sports Academy. Barry also had a role as the Managing Partner at ZMACKit LLC from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Exact Recruiting as a Home Healthcare and Hospice Executive Recruiter, and later became a Senior Executive Recruiter and Staff Development Manager. From 2020 to 2021, Barry worked as the ECNL Director of Operations at Florida Premier F.C before joining SimiTree Talent Solutions in 2021 as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Senior Staff Development Manager.

Barry Kaplan attended the University of Tampa from 1975 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Barry then pursued further education at St. Thomas University from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Arts degree in Sports Administration.
